Launching his career with Keller Williams in Santa Fe in 2017, Will quickly distinguished himself as Rookie of the Year. By early 2018, he formed his own team, establishing a foundation of professionalism and client-centered service.

In 2019, Will expanded his team at a local brokerage, welcoming his son as a new licensee and deepening his family's ties to the business. This experience paved the way for his founding of 7th Level Realty in 2020, a brokerage built on the values of integrity and quality. As Qualifying Broker since February 2021, Will remained committed to agent support through an unmatched focus on systems, processes, and training—especially on crucial documents that protect agents and empower them to serve clients at the highest level.

His philosophy has always centered on safeguarding agents' success and well-being, understanding that well-trained and well-protected agents deliver superior service to clients. This focus on agent empowerment led to 7th Level Realty's transition to a virtual model in 2022 and expansion into Utah in 2023. Will then served as state broker for Epique Realty in Utah and New Mexico, combining his mission with Epique's advanced, tech-centered platform.

After experiencing every type of brokerage model—big box, boutique, and virtual—Will recognized a persistent industry problem: complicated fee structures, empty promises, and benefits that never actually helped agents grow their businesses. This insight led him to found Waypoint Noven in 2025, where he serves as Qualifying Broker, licensed in New Mexico and Utah with Idaho launching soon. His leadership philosophy centers on clarity over complexity, genuine support over sales pitches, and empowering agents to build sustainable, profitable businesses while continuing to set new standards for professionalism, transparency, and agent success in the real estate industry.
